회원가입을 위해 어떤 서류를 등록해야하나요?
신원 확인을 위해는 사진이 부착된 정부 발급 신분증(예: 여권, 운전면허증, 주민등록증 등) 중 유효기간이 최소 6개월 이상 남은 문서를 사용해 주세요. 주소 확인을 위해는 주소가 명시된 신분증 또는 최근 3개월 이내 발급된 공과금 청구서를 제출해 주세요. 그 외에도 공신력 있는 기관에서 발행한 청구서, 공증 진술서(Affidavit), 은행 명세서 등도 주소 증빙 서류로 인정됩니다. 서류는 선명한 컬러 이미지로 jpg, pdf, png 형식 중 하나로 업로드해 주세요.

아직 https://rs-fin.net에서 프로필을 생성하지 않으셨다면, 계좌 개설 전 회원가입을 완료해 주세요.
다른 유형의 계좌를 개설하거나 추가 계좌를 만들고자 할 경우, [계좌 및 자금 관리] 메뉴로 이동한 후 ‘MT 계좌 개설’을 클릭해 주세요.
이후 서버, 계좌 유형, 통화, 레버리지를 선택하시면 됩니다.

클라이언트 프로필 로그인 비밀번호를 잊으셨다면, 로그인 페이지의 ‘비밀번호 찾기(Forgot password)’ 기능을 이용해 주세요. 비밀번호를 변경하시려면, RS Finance 계정에 로그인 후 화면 오른쪽 상단의 프로필을 클릭, [개인 정보(Personal Details)] → [비밀번호 변경(Change Password)] 순서로 진행하시면 됩니다.
트레이더 비밀번호를 변경하려면, 클라이언트 프로필에 로그인한 후, 해당 거래 계좌 우측 끝에 위치한 [조작(Operate)] 메뉴에서 ‘MT4 비밀번호 변경(Edit MT4 password)’을 선택해 주세요. 이후 나타나는 창에 현재 비밀번호 없이 새 비밀번호만 입력하시면 됩니다. 마지막으로 **보안 비밀번호(Security Password)**를 입력하시면 변경이 완료됩니다.
거래 계좌에서 자금을 출금하려면, 클라이언트 프로필에 로그인 후 ‘출금(WITHDRAW)’ 버튼을 클릭해 주세요. 출금은 입금 시 사용했던 동일한 결제 수단을 통해서만 가능합니다. RS Finance의 자금세탁방지(AML) 정책에 따라, 입금에 사용한 동일한 지갑(purse) 및 동일한 통화로 출금해 주셔야 합니다. 출금 유형에 따라 **요구되는 본인 인증 등급(Verification Level)**이 다를 수 있으니 반드시 확인해 주세요.
거래 계좌 유형마다 연결된 서버가 다르기 때문에, 기존 계좌의 계좌 유형은 변경이 불가능합니다. 해결 방법은 클라이언트 프로필에서 새로운 서버에 신규 계좌를 개설하는 것입니다. 그 후, 기존 계좌에서 신규 계좌로 자금을 옮기기 위해 ‘이체(TRANSFER)’ 버튼을 사용해 주세요.
데모 계좌는 고객이 외환 시장을 체험하고 학습하기에 적합한 계좌입니다. 실제 자금 입금은 필요하지 않으며, 거래를 통해 발생한 수익은 출금이 불가능합니다. 거래 방식, 호가 요청 규칙, 포지션 오픈 조건 등 거래 환경은 실계좌와 동일하게 설정되어 있어, 실제 거래와 유사한 조건에서 연습할 수 있습니다.
레버리지는 어떻게 수정하나요?
레버리지를 조정하려면, 클라이언트 프로필에 로그인한 후 **[계좌 및 자금 관리(Account and Fund Management)] 메뉴에서 ‘레버리지 변경(Update Leverage)’**을 선택해 주세요. 이후 MT 서버를 지정하고, 해당 MT 계좌를 선택, 원하는 새 레버리지를 설정한 후 보안 비밀번호를 입력, 마지막으로 [적용(APPLY)] 버튼을 클릭하시면 됩니다.
거래 계좌에 자금을 입금하려면, 클라이언트 프로필에 로그인한 후 해당 페이지에 안내된 전자 결제 수단을 통해 진행할 수 있습니다. ‘입금(DEPOSIT)’ 버튼을 클릭한 뒤, 통화 종류, 결제 수단, 서버, 입금할 계좌를 순서대로 선택해 주세요.
모든 계좌가 동일한 프로필 내 본인 명의일 경우, 거래 계좌 간 자금 이체를 간편하게 진행하실 수 있습니다. 클라이언트 프로필에서 같은 페이지에 있는 ‘이체(TRANSFER)’ 메뉴를 선택하신 후, 이체할 출발 계좌와 도착 계좌를 지정하여 자금을 이동해 주세요.
